Once you have removed the pillion footrests, fill the void left behind and cover those otherwise exposed holes in the sub-frame with an R&G blanking plate. 

This Footrest Blanking Plate has been specially designed to cover/protect either the left-hand sides of the Yamaha Niken '18- & Honda CMX500 Rebel (S) '17- models.

This R&G Footrest Blanking Plate is easy to install, simply screwing into place in-place of the rear pillion pegs, covering those otherwise exposed sub-frame holes, that if left uncovered could result in corrosion of the frame/subframe from dirt, water and debris buildup.

Finished in Black Powdercoat and with a white 'R&G' logo.
